    Service Agreement

    Understanding our mutual commitment.

    Welcome to Beaumonde Hair Replacement. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a custom hair system from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure that we can maintain our high standards of service for all clients.

    1. Appointments & Cancellations

    Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, but we require courtesy for our staff and other waiting clients.

    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or have their service abbreviated.
    • Repeat "no-shows" may be required to prepay for future appointments.

    2. Custom Orders & Deposits

    Bespoke hair systems are crafted specifically for your unique scalp mold, hair density, and color blend. Due to the personalized nature of these products:

    • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin the manufacturing process.
    • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
    • Delivery timelines (typically 6-8 weeks) are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the product.

    Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by international shipping or customs processing, though we work hard to minimize them.

    3. Product Lifespan & Care

    Hair replacement systems are prosthetic devices that experience natural wear and tear. While we use the highest quality European and Remy hair:

    • The lifespan of a system varies based on base material (Lace vs. Poly) and client lifestyle.
    • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper home maintenance, chemical treatments done outside our salon, or general neglect.
    • We highly recommend using the maintenance products suggested by our stylists to prolong the life of your unit.

    4. Hygiene & Safety

    To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with a contagious scalp condition (such as lice or open, infected wounds) until the condition has been treated.

    All clients undergoing chemotherapy or with sensitive skin should inform us prior to adhesive application so we can perform a patch test if necessary.

    5. Refunds & Returns

    Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our products:

    • Used Hair Systems: Once a hair system has been cut, styled, or worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Service Adjustments: If you are dissatisfied with a cut or bond, please notify us within 48 hours. We are happy to make minor adjustments, but we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
